There is no information desk to assist people unfamiliar with the mall. Security staff were available throughout the mall and on the most part were very helpful when asking the location of the nearest toilet etc.

Visually Impaired:
There is no information desk to assist people unfamiliar with the mall. Security staff were available throughout the mall and on the most part were very helpful when asking the location of the nearest toilet etc. It is unclear if the staff could assist someone with a visual impairment.
Hearing Impaired:
There is no information desk to assist people unfamiliar with the mall. Security staff were available throughout the mall and on the most part were very helpful when asking the location of the nearest toilet etc. it is unclear on the day of the audit if the staff could assist someone with a hearing impairment. No induction loop systems are provided for people with a hearing impairment.
Learning Difficulties:
